These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By completing a purchase you accept them. Please read them before you buy — if there is anything you are unsure about, write to us at support@sageholt.com and we will explain it before you commit to anything.
Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Sageholt. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom and prices are shown and charged in British Pounds (GBP).
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — a product is out of stock, an address cannot be reached, or a payment cannot be verified — we cancel it and refund you in full.
We may limit or refuse an order that appears to be for resale, or where the same payment method is used for an unusual number of purchases.
Prices and payment
Prices include any discount shown on the product page. The amount you pay is the amount displayed at checkout, before you confirm.
Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Currency: all prices on this website are charged in British Pounds (GBP). Your bank may apply its own conversion if your card is held in another currency.
Delivery

Cancelling and returning
You may cancel within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund. The full conditions are on the Shipping & Return page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Using the products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Follow the instructions on the packaging, patch test if your skin is sensitive, and stop using the product if irritation appears.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by using a product against the instructions on its packaging.
We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
